O.M.G. My husband and I were out running errands today (Sunday) and, after going back and forth on where to eat lunch, we finally settled on Churrascos Champions off of 249 and 1960 near Willowbrook Mall. Wow were we surprised to come across their "Sunday Brunch". It was blissfully delicious! They had a plethora of scrumptious treats to choose from. Our server, Josh, walked us through the whole thing and made some fantastic recommendations. The tres leches pancakes and latin american french toast were amazing! Their ribs were to die for! Their sweet plantains, empanadas, crepes, and yummy sides were perfection! I ate SOOO MUCH! Josh told us about their drink specials but we stuck with non-alcoholic drinks this time. If I had to pick one favorite thing, I'd have to go with the tiny, mouth-watering dulce de leche cookies. Holy cow. They literally melt in your mouth. I ate until I could eat no more. I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience from the food to the service. I cannot wait to bring my kids back here for another Sunday brunch. Our accidental find made my day! More...

The service and food with wine pairing were excellent. It took a little longer than usual to get our first course and wine but the remaining courses were better timed. All courses tasted amazing! Marc Mann and the entire Churrascos catering team were incredible! Could not recommend them enough. It was our first time hosting a Christmas party of this size. ....about 65 people. The menu had changed since my last visit. I had a more difficult time finding a dish that looked good. Even the drinks menu changed. Xmas party: The service from when I walked in the hostess walked me all the way down to my party. Listen to me....the best Happy Hour eva!!  Why?  Because it's all day on Thursdays.  The drinks are on point and the food is delicious.  The happy hour menu has a good variety....almost 10 different small plates to choose from.  And the happy hour drink menu is good, too.  You can choose from cocktails, carafes, wine by the glass, and bottles.  All on the happy hour.  Hit it up you guys!  I don't think you will be disappointed. Would come here again and again if I lived in the area! Just passing through while visiting friends and we came here twice in the span of a few days. We happened upon the place during an 'open house'/rebranding/reopening. Which meant free booze (a glass when we came in, a ticket to get another at the bar, and a third by a very accommodating waitstaff), packed house, and a buffet of yummy free food AND waiters circling with trays of food. Even better - the food was GOOD! The cubano was excellent and I don't even like sandwiches. Plantain chips were perfectly crispy and light and the chimichurri sauce - lawd have mercy. Delicious.
