My wife and I had Churchill Tax Advisors to present our Worldwide Disclosure Facility. We were represented by Imad and Ashir who were very professional, knowledgable, polite people.
I suffer from anxiety especially more so when I receive HMRC letters. They realised this and were very patient and understanding and spent time reassuring us that every would be ok. Whenever we spoke I felt much better.
We were kept informed of the whole procedure.
The outcome they received for us was far better than we ever expected.
Churchill really do deserve five stars, we can highly recommend them.

Imad was amazingly patient ( with my high anxiety levels!), professional and highly competent in his field. He guided me through the process and reassured me throughout - as these things can take a long time and I was getting increasingly worried. Imad managed to get the best possible outcome for me under the circumstances, and made the whole process as stress free as it can be. Everything valuable comes at a cost, of course. But I would do exactly the same again as it has saved me money and stress , and I would highly recommend Imad and Jamal ( Ilford team) and their services to anyone that has to deal with their tax affairs and HRMC. We visited Churchill Tax Advisors because we were selling a property and wanted our tax return to pay the capital gains tax to be presented correctly. Unfamiliar with the process we thought there may even be an improvement to the property or something that we could offset against the bill.
