I hired Churchdown Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to remove double sided tape which I stupidly used to keep a rug in place. The tape was fully trodden in and embedded into my carpet . I contacted 8 companies for which only these guys took up the challenge quoting me an excellent price. I received replies from other carpet cleaning companies which included “This is too small a job for us” and “You won’t be able to get the tape off”. Becky was quick to respond to all of my queries in the run up to Nick visiting. Even providing a courtesy call the day before to remind me.
Nick was friendly and professional and got our cream carpet spotless, in spite of the effort our 2 children and cat had made prior to his visit ;-)

We had two of our bedrooms cleaned yesterday. When we moved into the house in May 2016 I thought the carpets were a dull dark cream colour. I was quite surprised to learn they were actually a crisp ivory colour! it was strangely satisfying to see how dirty the water was after cleaning, ha!

Superb service, fantastic results and a brilliant price too.

We have our living room done annually, and we're always happy with the results. This year we had the whole house cleaned, as we'd had builders in over the summer. The amount of dust that Nick removed was astonishing, and the carpets are now as good as new. The spot cleaner is fab too.

A great job done, knowledgeable, Great attitude, great job done thank you for making my carpet nice and fluffy once again. My Carpet was looking bad, it had not been cleaned since it had been fitted over 5 years ago and with a now 3 and 7 year old. A carpet that many years old that had sticky hands on, spills and accidents i would never of thought it would come up as well as it did!! i was astounded how nick even managed to get crayon, wax and even marker pen out of the carpeti rang nick and he came promptly on time and done a great job, Nick is very knowledgeable about his line of work and i was pleasantly surprised how effective he was in cleaning my carpet. it came up like new. Nick is very pleasant to be around and a gentleman i would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family which i have done and nick has also done work for them.. they were also amazed at the work nick done.
