Chrissie is an amazing woman. I had been watching Chrissie speak and help people I know from 4N. I approached her as I was drawn to her and I knew that she could help me. Chrissie was fantastic... I rambled, cried, rambled and cried and this woman saw my pain and distress. She got to the bottom of it. Hi Chrissie, here comes my review for the amazing day I had at yours last week. I haven't forgotten you, it's more that I was quite speechless. I expected a Bars swap, which would have been already great in itself. But I got so much more. You felt and processed my body and blasted tons of ancient old shit that was so deeply buried that I couldn't even put it in words myself. My body and I thank you very much and we hope to meet again soon. We are constantly changing and things in my head have also changed a lot. I met Chrissie when she was visiting Didsbury Lunch meeting. I have an interest in spiritual healing and was told to experience bar energy work prior to meeting Chrissie.
