Chris operates out of a gym I use. I slowly started to have problems with my shoulder ( frozen shoulder?) to the extent that the exercise I could do as part of my normal routine became impossible. I could hardly put my arm arm behind my back or left anything at arms length. My doctor gave me a course of heavy duty anti inflammatory tablets and that started to release the shoulder and I then went to see Chris. We discussed the problem and he worked out a series of stretches for me explaining exactly what I should try to do. I worked by myself on the stretches until I had much better movement. This was key and showed that he had researched the way forward. I then went back to Chris so that I could start to build up the strength and mobility further. He listened to the problems and tailored the exercises to what I could do and also adapted the routines so that I could work on different muscle groups. This built up flexibility and strength. Went back with him for the next rehabilitation stage and again he has listened advised and helped me to improve shoulder mobility and strength. It is the adaptive approaches and listening that have been the greatest help. A really good PT to work with. More...

Chris is a great PT and all round health advisor. He listens to your goals and tailors each workout to get the best out of you to get the results you want. Fantastic personal trainer. Offers a wealth of experience to tailor sessions to drive you to meet your goals. After over a year of weekly sessions I cannot recommend him enough. I originally started out with his sessions to build up my confidence within the gym with the intention of cancelling after a couple of weeks, over a year later I can confidently plan my own routines and have no problem going on my own due to great coaching and guidance. I first started training with Chris just over a year ago, since then I have become stronger, slimmer and have more knowledge about my health and exercise routines which has helped with my confidence to go to the gym alone. If you are looking for a PT in Wirral, Chris is your man. I started training with him in 2017 when I was trying to get in shape for a big event and I can honestly say it was the one of the best investments I've ever made. My whole approach to fitness, food and feeling good about myself has transformed. I still train with Chris now as he helped me reach my goal and more and I can't imagine not working with him now. I have nerve damage in my arm from an autoimmune disorder which flared up at the end of last year meaning that I could not train or lift weights and was in a great deal of pain. When the pain subsided I was left with numbness down the whole arm and no ability to grip anything with my hand. After a consultation with Chris he went away and researched my condition and came up with a plan to build strength again. Myself and my partner have been training with Chris for the last 12 weeks, and in that time he has helped me completely overhaul my body to the point where we won his transformation challenge! After winning 4 free PT sessions with Chris in one of his competitions, he has literally gone on to change my life. Despite thinking his was crazy when we set my goals, the first goal was smashed today, 2 dress sizes and a stone down in 8 weeks . Although I loved the gym anyway I lost direction a bit and went through the motions but Chris gave me the structure back to help me push to make a change - whilst still having a laugh! Believing in me from day one I now have some confidence in myself back! Aside from the obvious results, 3 years on still having some issues with balance and weakness in one arm post stroke, I’ve noticed a remarkable improvement in such a short time simply through training with the correct technique and him having faith and pushing me to reach my potential. This guy’s the real deal, after a bad experience with a PT he’s proved there are good ones out there and he is the best. Can’t thank you enough Chris!! The secret is consistency! The biggest thing I find people struggling with is consistency, this really is the key guys!

I love helping people achieve their goals! There’s nothing more satisfying as receiving clients updates and progress pictures telling me how happy they are and how confident they feel. To me this is the very essence of what personal training is all about.

I was inspired to start my own business to make my own rules, to provide a service that enables people to learn, to inspire and motivate others and most importantly to help those in need.

My clients should choose me not because I’m a sales man who can talk and sell ice to the eskimos but because I deliver!
