Chris has done an amazing job on my lounge carpet not just once...but twice. Had him out first time to give my carpet & sofa a pre-christmas clean and was really pleased with the results. Unfortunately, a DIY error caused our carpet to be flooded with dirty radiator water just a week later. I contacted Chris straight away and he fitted me in within 24 hours and thankfully he has saved my carpet from staining. He even did a bit extra for me at last minute. Excellent job done, Cannot speak highly enough of the work carried out cleaning the carpets throughout the house, he took up the challenge one carpet covered in make-up, lipstick and other stains, Chris Ward came in after another Carpet Cleaner failed to make an impression on the stains, sayiny it was the best he could do! Chris cleaned my three piece suite, lounge carpet and stairs and landing carpet this morning. Arrived when he said he would, was friendly and professional throughout, and has done a fabulous job at a good price. The carpets are dry enough to walk on and the furniture will not be long thanks to the blower that Chris left with me and is coming back for tonight.My items are noticeably cleaner (the colour of the water that came out of them had to be seen to be believed!), and they look and feel years younger. Paul took my booking, offered me a great price. Came to clean my new house few days later. Got rid of the bad smells from previous owners and there pets. The end result. Knowing that ive made a difference to someones day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My dad. He took me on a course in 2002. I did weekend cleans with him then gradually got busier. Best thing i did was to do it full time. Not looked back.
Why should our clients choose you?
Experienced in different situations. Ive more than likely seen it all before. And definalty seen worse. Im a contactor for many different care/ resisdential homes. Many letting agencies and landlords. Ive also got contracts for schools too. And my regualar customers. Always happy to clean for one off customers too.
I use the most advanced machine on the market allowing me to do change the method of clean, probably without the customer knowing as its done with the same machine.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Politely asking customer to move rooms or even go out if its possible. Using a mask. Will always clean the machine after jobs.
Carpet cleaning
We offer the most advanced cleaning techniques for cleaning carpets.
We hoover the dry soil then apply the correct chemical prespray to your carpet. ( theres no such thing as best chemical or one chemical for all).
We then use a brush or a crb ( more powerful brush)
Then we extract it and remove all chemical residues with the dirt leaving it in a neutral ph level which is safe for anyone including pets and children.
If there is any stains we will use a spotting chemical to help remove it
Sofa / Upholstery cleaning
As like the carpet cleaning. We use the right chemical for your suite.
We use a different chemicals from the carpets because upholstery are a softer material and alot of suites are a delicate fibre.
Some suites do take a while to dry. But we use a advanced upholstery tool to extract even more moisture out. We do use a dryer to help speed up drying times.
As carpets, we will leave them in a neutral ph safe for everyone to use.
Blood / urine / vommit cleans
We have the chemicals to clean these.
We often get call outs every single week for emergency cleans.
These are a specialist chemical used and tools used to remove blood, vommit and urine.
We work with alot of care / resisdential homes removing these
Tile, grout and hard floor cleaning
A new service we are offering.
Over the years we get asked if we can do it. And now we can.
This is just for the clean only and not resealing and stripping etc yet ( covid means we have to wait for a course)
This include tiles and vinyl floors in schools and nurseries.
We can always do a small test area to see if you notice the differnce first.
