I can’t speak highly enough of Chris and his work. He photographed our wedding a couple of days ago at Rockingham Castle and, although we’ve only seen one (beautiful, amazing) photo so far (the wedding was only two days ago after all! ), I wanted to say how wonderful he was to work with. As a couple who ‘don’t enjoy having our photo taken’ Chris put us at our ease with a pre-shoot at the venue, and encouraged us to try things which we couldn’t envisage ourselves. We were over the moon at our pre-shoot photos - he caught us perfectly. He also liaised with venue staff throughout the day to help the wedding run smoothly (including locating a knife for the cake!) and was open to change when we decided to have our first dance outside - he greeted all our ideas with characteristic enthusiasm. Chris & Marcus made our wedding day!! Having amazing pictures of our wedding day was a so important for us and as soon as we met Marcus and Chris they both made us feel so at ease! During our day Chris shot with the Groom in the morning and Marcus shot with me the Bride. During our day we snuck out for photos at 3 different points, Chris and Marcus had a vision for some lovely sunset shots on the lovely August day that it was, and we were not disappointed! Both Chris and Marcus had a clear vision of what we wanted from the shots and they both were very professional and also had a great level of involvement that we welcomed! We laughed all day during the shots and it really did make our day so enjoyable and we felt so comfortable spending time with them. When we finally got the set of shots through we honestly could not have been happier with our decision to ask Chris and Marcus to shoot for us, they captured the day perfectly! We also loved how Marcus and Chris both have their own style and ideas on a shot but looking through the set the blend is seamless which you don’t always get with two different photographers! Absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend to anyone looking for wedding photography!! More...
