Chef Jeff Catering did our entire cater for our student organization at the at the University of Minnesota! They helped me immensely when I had a caterer back out at the last minute! Everything was beautifully done throughout the entire process and the food was even better! My husband and I had Chef Jeff cater our wedding in 2011. He did an amazing job. He was very helpful in the menu planning process and those with special dietary needs.
He also helped us stay in budget. I would recommend him 1000% ( yes, 1,000). The meal was fresh and had excellent flavors. I day dream about it to this day actually.
Chef Jeff is very personable and easy to meet with, review menu ideas and he will be honest with his feedback on the ideas that you have ( especially if you have a few different ideas as to how it could go like we did! But needed to stay in budget and we weren't certain which way to go would work.)
I'm a researching nerd and compared to what I was finding online with a bazillion set menus at other venues, Chef Jeff can help you with whatever you may be imagining. Based on my experience he doesn't have a set menus you must follow. I know its almost 6 years later, and things can change, but I also know based on other experiences with Chef Jeff that his food is always exceptional.

I recently had Chef Jeff cater an outdoor event at a local park picnic pavilion. There were 80 adults and 40 children in attendance. The staff helped me plan a menu and it arrived fresh and on time by chef Jeff himself. The “scoop and serve” items were the perfect fit for my event, and I received multiple complements on the food with the Mac-n-cheese being a huge hit! (People added the bacon from the baked bar). How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
The best way to create the perfect menu is through a quick phone call. We hear are the details, discuss what the client wants and make recommendations based on our years of experience.
What do you love most about your job?
We love making people happy! Nothing feels better than seeing your client and their guests having a great time enjoying an awesome meal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in several high end restaurants we wanted to provide people really great quality food at affordable prices.

We have a limited selection of rentals including linens, plates, silverware and glassware. We can pick up and haul rentals from other vendors including tables, chairs, etc. for a small fee
