As the other reviewer stated, if I could offer more ⭐️‘s I would . As an EA to C- level executives, I always use Shadow Carragies. I can never thanks them enough of thier professionalism, punctuality, promptness, politeness and reliability , nothing is too small, big or impossible for them to do.. always ready to help. If something goes wrong( which in the many years I have used them was once, a puncture! ) this can happen to anyone at anytime, they we very quick and happy get a replacement in no time! they got another taxi in just 15 minutes, saved me panicking and calling around for another “available“taxi company. What followed was very surprising and pleasing, I got a personal call from the director apologising for the inconvenience! Now that’s what I call personal touch, great customer service and their way of showing customer value. Whenever my wife or I need to travel into London or to the airport for work, we always use Shadow. The drivers have always been punctual, polite and professional, and their cars are very well maintained. Typically we’ll get an E-Class Mercedes, but we’ve had the Viano in the past for when we’ve had lots of baggage and needed something bigger.
