Charya has been a big part of my transformation of recent times. We met briefly prior to any therapy to assess our compatibility, and from my side it was a 'no brainer'. Working through my issues with someone as warm, caring and down to earth as she is was a real blessing. Charya was also willing to share parts of her journey which helped me gain a much deeper perspective on my own. Charya has played a major part in my summer healing journey; I arrived at our first session confused, emotional and unsure how I was going to make the changes I knew I needed to make. After 5 weekly sessions I now feel excited about my next life chapter and confident in the decisions I've made during our sessions together.
