Charlotte has been our dog walker for nearly one year. She is not only caring and loving, but extremely flexible which is just as important. Charlotte looked after our cat while we were away for a week as after losing her sister she had been getting a bit lonely. Charlotte was very professional, kept us updated on Jasmine while we were away and sent us a video. On our return Jasmine seemed very content and well looked after. Charlotte looked after my Bulldog, Bentley for the weekend while I was getting married. He loved it. So impressed with the service, Bentley has very impressed and was well cared for, and had plenty of walks and came back happy and well looked after. Teddy went to stay with Charlotte it was the first time teddy had ever stayed away, my son was so upset and worried but he needn't had worried teddy was very happy and settled in with Charlotte as if he permanently lived there, Charlotte sent my son photos off teddy, and was gutted when teddy didn't seem to wanna come home when picked up, I can't thank Charlotte enough for looking after teddy and treating teddy like one of the family giving him lots of love and cuddles can truely recommend this lady thank you

Her vetinery background is super beneficial when helping answer the typical new dog owners questions that we have. I would definitely recommend Charlotte .
Charlotte happily looks after my 4 cats when I go away ,especially Tia who has recently been diagnosed with Diabetes and now needs insulin injections 2x per day a big worry for me when I have to go anywhere . Charlotte gave me complete peace of mind and I'm very confident about leaving them in her care .

I was stuck around Christmas time too and she responded to my desperate message with a reassuring 'of course I can do Christmas week, no problem!' We've never used a pet sitter before, the concept of leaving our cats at home with someone was a little scary. We met Charlotte at the vets, I was set at ease straight away knowing that she knew our cats history and what to do if something would happen. Charlotte did a fantastic job with our fussy cats, we came home to them being happy and clearly well looked after. We were very greatfull to the watsap photo on the first day. We met Charlotte through Anderson vets, the service she provides is first class. One of our cats was ill and the reassurance that Charlotte provided meant that we were able to enjoy our holiday without constant worrying. She kept us updated and sent pictures of the cats on WhatsApp, which we loved. We have quite fussy cats and they took to her really well. Thank you for the help, we really appreciate it.

I was introduced to Charlotte by the vet at Andersons, where she works, in what you might call a 'cat sitting' emergency. She stepped in at the last minute and we went away feeling confident that our cat Betsy would be well cared for .

Charlotte is not just reliable, responsible and qualified, she clearly cares about the animals that she looks after. She sent pictures Betsy while we were away, which was lovely, and kept us updated on how she was doing. We came home to a happy well fed cat.

I found Charlotte on Tailster after searching for day care for our dog Olive for almost 3 months. With Olive being a miniature dachshund she requires a slightly different care which Charlotte caters for. Charlotte's been visiting my cats for ages helping me to give them medication for an on-going condition. She's totally reliable and really cares about animals.
