I will be recommending Charlotte to anyone I can. Charlotte looked after my cat for 10 days just after Christmas into the new year. She is very professional and I was very pleased to get updates. My cat Billie Jean had been well loved whilst away and when I returned she was very happy. I found using Charlotte instead of a catery as I have in the past much better. Charlotte is absolutely lovely and clearly cares about animals and meeting their needs. I’ve used Charlotte for two holidays and have felt very comfortable leaving my two cats and two guinea pigs in her care and have appreciated the updates and photos. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Charlotte a few times now to look after our 6 month old kitten and will definitely continue to do so. Knowing someone local, with an obvious love for animals has been there to look after him whilst we have been away has been really comforting. More than just carrying out basic tasks (feeding, changing water, litter tray etc.); Charlotte really helps to take care of your home whilst you are away. Picking up post, opening blinds, turning on lights and keeping an eye on things so you can have complete peace of mind. Charlotte has also always sent us daily updates of her visits and details of how our kitten has been doing, along with pictures and videos of him playing, which are hugely appreciated and just adds another lovely touch to the service.I really can't recommend Charlotte enough - so glad to have found her! From the first phone call until after Charlotte had finished looking after our cats for a weekend , I found Charlotte to be professional, personable and reliable.
It was reassuring to have a couple of updates by e mail whilst we were away.
Due to renovations our house was somewhat chaotic and necessitated washing up in a bowl in a bathroom, but this was no problem for Charlotte.
We would recommend her and will definitely use her again.
PS. Our very shy cats loved her too!
