Sorted my quads and hamstrings out a treat after a couple heavy days training. Feel great now.

After suffering pain in my shoulder that was interfering with my training I decided to seek Tom's help. After just a few sessions the pain and discomfort had dispersed. I now have regular sessions to maintain mobility throughout my upper body. I highly recommend Charged Sports Massage for prevention and treatment of sports injuries. More...

I highly recommend charged sports massage. After a recent injury I was left with frozen shoulder I was told by medical professionals there was no more they could do for me and I would have to live with the lack of mobility in my shoulder. However after a consultation with Tom and just a few sessions I am increasing my mobility which in turn is allowing me to regain muscle mass around my injury. Also any tightness or soreness that occurs during my normal workouts Tom is happy to take a look at and sort out in the same massage session 10/10 for professionalism and service. More...

First sports massage I had was this weekend and not only did I have 1 I went back for 2 more whilst competing and I must say it definitely helped !

Tom is an awesome guy and really knows what he's doing and talking about, offered some great advice about post-WOD recovery strategies and stretching advice. I really appreciate it Tom.

To a new and upcoming business owner Tom is very professional and straightforward.

I will definitely be booking in to see him again very soon. If you suffer from any kind of soreness or stiffness from exercise then my advice would be book in for a sports massage !

I wish you all the best Tom mate and I will see you soon !! (At the ice age) ;) !!

I would 100% recommend Charged Sports Massage to anyone who is in need of help with an injury or just needs to work out those niggles from training. Tom has helped me so much with an old lower back injury. My movement has improved massively and Tom has also provided me with warm ups and stretches that really focus on my problem areas and this has helped me avoid further strains. A great and professional service. More...

After suffering with terrible shin splints and tight calves for a long period of time, I had resigned myself to thinking I would just have to deal with it. I started getting massages with Tom on a regular basis and in fact learned it was not shin splints it was in fact terribly tight calves. Even after the first session they instantly felt relieved and have been great ever since. I also developed tendinitis in my Achilles due to the high volume of training I do, which became very painful and actually debilitating to my training. Tom concentrated on this area and once again helped massively, I can now do things I didn't think I could do again. I highly recommend Tom's services, he has always tried his best to help with any issues or niggles I've had and has actually helped improve my training. More...

Tom does a great job. For three years of Crossfit I always struggled with jerks, over head squats and snatching because of poor shoulder mobility after 8 years in the Marines and years of isolation workouts. After just two sessions on my right shoulder I was able to squat snatch and OHS with proper form. I've been getting sports massages regularly for a couple of months. My external rotation has improved dramatically and my over head squat PB has gone up 20kg. Tom is extremely professional and I owe him all of the credit for now having the increased range of motion in both of my shoulders. I'd highly encourage anyone with either range of motion issues or just general muscle pain to go see Tom for at least one sports massage. You'll be amazed how much better you feel after just one or two sessions. More...
