Updates of ongoing treatment.
I never thought that one day I would l be looking forward in attending my dental appointment.
Last time I had to bite on some soft stuff to give an impression of the few teeth left in my mouth. My dentist also did some work on a side tooth in making a good platform for the caps to fit.
Today I had the two caps fitted.
In past experiences at different dental practices my crowns arrived and before they were permanently bonded into my mouth the dentists of that practice had to do a bit of drilling to fine tune the fitting of the crowns.
Not at Chapel Dental Practice, a ‘PERFECT FIT’!

Yes I do recommend Chapel Dental Practice.
In case any readers of my post do not know where this practice is : Driving from the Wycombe direction you are heading along Heath End Road you go down a hill and the Sheepridge Lane junction on the right. Then as you go up the dip towards the Village Center you will pass the Vets on the right. . About a couple of of buildings down you should see a Pavement A Board Sign ‘ Says Chapel Dental Practice Now Open’
I did find one problem. I did register with Chapel Lane Dental Practice when it was first converted from the Roman Catholic Chapel.
I believe I must have old contact details on my phone. I did try sending a text message and it was not delivered and when I tried emailing I had the previous owners address and received the dreaded deamon message.
I will delete my old contacts for this practice and update with the new.
I will have to be perfectly honest with you because of past experiences of dentists of the 50s I have always been terrified of dentists the same as some people having white coat syndrome at hospitals.
This lady Dental Doctor has truly turned things round. Thank you.

Having moved over from Italy a year ago, I was looking for a good dentist. I am a nervous patient, so wanted someone who would be sympathetic. Although I now live in central London, I was advised by my friend to visit Dr Sona Bansel at Chapel Dental Practice. I was very impressed with the the treatment, care and competitive costs I was given. Not knowing how the dental system works in the UK, I was explained this in great detail by the staff. From the moment i walked in, i felt very happy, comfortable and reassured that i was in good hands. All the staff are always happy and smiling. What a fantastic dentist. I was so worried about seeing a dentist but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a very polite receptionist Miss Arouj Khan who took my details and then invited me to take a seat in their warm comfortable spacious waiting room. I add on how clean every thing was. Only about a 2 minute wait and my dentist saw me spot on my appointment time,I was seen by Sona Bansel - Principal Dentist BDS. GDC 76698 who is the owner of the practice. I had been to see my doctor the hour before as I was not sure what was the reason of the pain in my right jaw.So glad I took the doctor’s advice. The lady dentist checked my mouth over and found the root of my pain was an infection. I am now on 7 days of Amoxicillin and need to have another dental appointment in 3 weeks time I will update my reviews on future visits.
