I've practiced yoga on and off since my teens, and have regularly attended Julia's Thursday morning classes in the last 10 plus years since moving to the area. Julia is the best teacher that I've had the pleasure to have studied with.
Her classes are engaging, enjoyable and sometimes 'challenging', (isn't all yoga, to all levels?). They are always inspirational and beneficial.

The classes are very well planned to use all muscle groups in balance
All asanas are built up to in stages and even beginners can work to their own level
The relaxation is just that, a chance to switch off after a busy day
I come out balanced mentally and physically
