I cannot recommend Chaiquinta enough, the staff are kind and caring and our dogs always look happy and well cared for, they even went the extra mile and took care of one of our fur babies even though she was poorly - amazing and highly recommend

My two dogs love coming here. They are so well loved and cared for they are reluctant to leave!!!! They are also groomed here and both come home smelling and looking amazing. This was the first time my springer spaniel has been away from us. Well it’s like he’s never been away. I have read so many things online about dogs not coming near you after they have been in kennels and being disruptive, well we took him on his usual run around the field when we got home, he was just in his normal self. He won’t stop wagging his little tail and came straight for cuddles when we picked him up.The staff are lovely and polite and I was reassured when I rang to check up on him that he was ok.He had his normal food which I took because I didn’t want him to get stressed out.Positive note was he didn’t come back smelling of the ‘dog smell’ he came back smelling of antiseptic spray if anything hahaha. Which is good because that tells us how clean it is. I would definately recommend this pet hotel to anyone.Thank you all staff that cared for FrankieUpdate, Frankie has since been twice here and he absolutely loves it. He has also been groomed, after having someone close to us groome him and stop half way through because he didn’t like it, chaiquinta stepped in and sorted him out. I put my 9 month old Dalmatian in chiquanta pet hotel for the weekend last weekend. I was quite anxious about this as I've never left him before but all staff I spoke with over the phone were lovely and put me at ease. As a puppy he is quite big and boisterous so I was worried about how he would settle in but when I rung staff again put me at ease and said he was great. He usually has a lot of exercise at home and he obviously got plenty when he was there as he slept most of the day when he got home the Monday morning! He was very happy and i could see he had a lovely weekend and had lots of play time and attention. Would definitely recommend and will be using myself again soon. More...

It was the first time Pepper my cat had been away from me so I was a little worried, but there was no need. Staff are all lovely and if anything Pepper came back like she had been on a relaxing holiday herself and she's a very opinionated cat. I would recommend anyone to use Chaiquinta for their pet.PS. We took our cocker spaniel puppy for an unannounced visit to Chiquinta a couple of months ago. Luna was a very nervous puppy and jumpy around strangers and other dogs.
On the first visit we were showed round whilst Luna was taken to play. All our questions were answered clearly, and we got a good feeling about the place. When we returned to reception Luna was sat been cuddled on a staff members knee! She only ever did that with us normally.
We took Luna for a day care and a 2 night stay before booking her and our elderly kitty Dusty in for an 8 night stay on 14th June.
We phoned twice to check if our pets were ok and we were reassured each time. There were pictures posted of Dusty, and pictures and video posted of Luna running happily with doggy friends and playing in the pool.
Lisa, Graeme and staff are always so kind, friendly and honest, and their obvious love of animals shines through. They try so hard and we trusted them with our fur babies and they made our pets feel welcome and loved.
Luna had a ball!! Her confidence with people and other dogs is much improved. I can't imagine a better place to leave your pets for their holidays. She was one happy puppy when we picked her up.
It's so nice to know we now have a place we trust and know our pets will be cared for properly! Luna is already booked in for a couple of nights in July.
Thanks Lisa, Graeme and staff for giving Dusty lots of cuddles, and for giving " lashes " a great holiday and for building her confidence.

I took my cavapoo Ronnie to have his hair cut yesterday at chaiquenta Doncaster and he came back looking stunning as always the new groomer Sophie cut him this time and he looked amazing. As always he can't wait to get in to see everyone and is excited to have all the love and attention they give him. He'll be going in for his weeks holiday soon and I can go on holiday knowing he is well looked after and loved so we both relax and enjoy. My cat Archie is a long haired very large cat who doesn't like being groomed so I was quite worried about leaving him.
However the grooming was very quickly completed he looked so smart when I collected him and apparently his behaviour had been good.
I can honestly say it was the smartest he has looked. Will certainly use this grooming salon again and definitely recommend to other cat owners.

Most pet hotels don’t like taking our dog because of his size but this place love having him and he loves coming here as well, all the staff are brilliant even though it take two of them to take our dog for a walk ha ha ha. Excellent kennels/pet hotel. Our two dogs and cat have stayed here 4 times this year and I cannot fault their service. The love for animals at this place is immense. Our pets are so excited when they are going and one of them is a 42 kilo German Shepard. If he doesn’t want to go somewhere he won’t lol. We're happy with our experience at chaiquinta. In August 2015 we
Used them for the first time with our old diabetic west highland terrier Oska and they injected him twice a day with his medication.
They looked after him extremely well. He was bathed and lovely and clean when we went to pick him up and he looked well. Unfortunately we lost him in December. In May this year we took our 8 month old pup for his first stay and he was well looked after too even though we were worried about leaving him so young. He too was bathed and lovely and clean when we went to collect him. We will use this kennels again and recommend to other prospective users.
