I met Connor through Nuffield health. From my experience with Connor I really enjoyed it. He is helpful and flexible with his timings and will go above and beyond in trying to fit you in and make sure you are achieving your goals. He does loads of different training methods and will find the most ideal for you and turn that method into a specific regime to help you gain your goals.
