It was by chance and good fortune that I clicked on the link for Central Estate Agents. I'd not heard of them before but that was because it is a new company and they had just started advertising. It turned out that we were one of their first customers. From the outset I was impressed by Craig's knowledge and confidence in the business of house selling. The advice given was most useful and helped in our decision making. Craig took the stress out of house selling and worked hard to ensure maximum viewing and a successful sale. In addition they produced a lovely glossy brochure.

We received excellent service from Central, they were very responsive to our needs and sold our property in around a week for the price we wanted. They also kept us in mind for properties that we may be interested in purchasing. They are competitively priced but I feel we got a better service than we would have at a lot of the bigger agencies. Five Star Customer Service, Bill, I can't thank you and your team enough!+ —Now, to give you all some background, my flat had previously failed to get much interest in 7 months (! ).. while under Countrywide's "professional care"... with a very much "wait and see" approach to advertising. It felt like fishing, languishing on CW books, feeling like a pest for chasing, while my life was on total stand still. CW were fast enough to send me their bill when I switched to Central, leaving me totally confused and frustrated with the profession.— So,Central de-stressed me, with a refreshingly honest assessment of where we needed to improve (alas!). Fantastic modern 3D walkthrough tech, and meticulous attention to detail in presenting, scanning, and photographing my flat. All the advice and hard work applied here was key.My Westend flat sold in 4 days!!! The process was completely smooth and enjoyable! — We had more interest in 4 days than Countrywide had in 7 months! Had a fantastic experience with this estate agent.They had our property on the market extremely quickly with plenty of viewers booking to see the house. We had our buyer in place and then disaster struck, two weeks before our move date our buyer pulled out late in the afternoon.Central were extremely quick off the mark and had another party put in a written offer within 2 hours!The customer service and the speed they mobilised was superb and I would highly recommend them. We sold our house last year with Central and were very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. Craig was very efficient and kept us well informed of the progress of the sale, it actually only took a few days. The photographer took plenty of time to show the house well, we were very pleased with the results when we saw them online. The"Coming Soon" board was a new experience for us but it worked really well as we lived near a school and I think it was what attracted the buyer. The price was good too and it took the pressure off to have a fixed amount to pay at the end. I appointed Central Estate Agents to handle the sale of my Blairdardie property in Spring 2017. I had already emigrated to New Zealand and my property had languished on another agency's books for months with one derisory offer I was advised to accept as " the best I could hope for". I ended the contract in disgust. After appointing Central, Craig relisted my property and within a week I had two competing offers on the table and he deftly negotiated an excellent price. I was delighted with the team at Central's service delivery on every criterion I could think of: professionalism, quality of advice, communication, price, marketing options, and last but not least outcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Central Estate Agents as, unlike many others, they do not oversell and under-deliver.
