Hi!
My name is Roland Vongo Guitarist turned DJ , have been on the London DJ scene for many years. Playing at Aquum, Ministry Of Sound, Bar Social, Lost Angels , Club 54, The Jam Tree Anise Bar, Smoque... to name the few. Over the years I got the ability to "read the crowd" which has always allowed me to fully connect with the public My taste of music is very wide therefore it has allowed my to be multi format and to play in big venues like the Ministry of Sound in the gallery 103 as well as a smaller venue like Smoque.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Being in sync with everyone in the party. In other words knowing how to read your crowd to make sure everybody is having a good time.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
Having played different type of venues from bars to pubs and clubs I can easily adapt to most styles.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing the good time!! The adrenaline rush before any set and the immediate feedback from the guests are the main thing that make me enjoy the job.
Not forgetting the feeling of a good job done once you press stop. Priceless
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was getting more gigs. I started to Dj as a hobby playing for free most of the time. I was then re-booked. Eventually I started to get paid. That when I decided to set up my own business as a Dj.
