Michael is so amiable to taking direction and being flexible with shoot schedule and did a fantastic job capturing photos for our big event, Summit for Life, this year.

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
“more than what meets the eye”
Often times the creative process begins with a broad brush stroke from an emotion or personal story that drives the larger message a brand wants to communicate. At cb media, we like to take that broad brush stroke, find the nuances of it, and than refine that stroke to make your message sing out from it. We want to impart your brush stroke to your customer, retaining the depth and impact it first held for you. At cb media, our creations are about more than what meets the eye, your customers will feel it.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Who is your audience? Where do you want this project to live? What is the lifecycle of this project? How do you want to feel about it five years from now?
What do you love most about your job?
I love the people and stories that I interact with. I feel so fortunate to call this my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I noticed a hole in the film and photo industry. People have become too attached to images and not to the stories that inspire those images, the stories that live beyond the image. I want to reconnect people, their stories, and their imagery.
Why should our clients choose you?
While there are plenty of talented image capturers and story tellers out there, my unique approach to the lifecycle of storytelling will leave clients with a product they will want to share with family and friends for years to come.
