I've being training with Chris over the course of a few years now. Sessions are always hard work, but fun. Goals set are ambitious, but achievable and he's extremely reliable. The private gym set up really works for me and all my sessions are tailored for me. I suffer with a few injuries and Chris is always able to adapt sessions where necessary to make sure I'm comfortable and still on track with my aims. Highly recommended. More...

I met Chris after becoming disillusioned with my current training as I felt I'd reached a plateau. I explained what I was looking to achieve and we made a plan. What I like about Chris is that he keeps it real. He didn't let me have unrealistic expectations and then get disappointed when that didn't happen. He made me focus more on diet and each session was different so no chance of getting bored. He genuinely listened and tailored my sessions accordingly. He works you really hard without making you feel you're being beasted and pushes you further than you think you're capable. Highly recommended. More...

I have been training with Chris for 5 months now and I am very happy with what we have achieved.Chris has helped me to run faster and further than I though possible in so short a time, helping me to achieve a sub 2hr half marathon in July. I've been training with Chris since June this year and so far I've seen some great results! Having a heavy job with long shifts I wanted someone else to do the workout thinking for me. Sessions are well varied, never boring and always have a light hearted atmosphere as I didn't want to spend 2 sessions a week being screamed at! Definitely worth it, he knows his stuff and how hard to push me for maximum benefit. More...

Chris is awesome. I've been going for over a year now and, perhaps surprisingly, he makes PT a lot of fun. Each session is varied and you know you've got your money's worth when you sleep like a baby that evening!

Personal training was not something that I thought I'd ever enjoy, but after signing up for sessions with CB Conditioning to get prepared for the swimwear section of a national beauty pageant, I found that I was motivated and never felt silly or tormented. I have been a training client of Chris' at CB Conditioning for several months now. His approach to training is friendly but extremely professional. Having not done much exercise in a long time I was apprehensive about personal training but Chris put me at ease and helped me to focus on my goals. Each session is set within my capabilities but is tough and I always feel like I have had a good workout.
