Cavendish deVere were really helpful when we popped in for some ideas on flooring and carpets. They guided us through the choices and offered up suggestions and ideas that really helped us to focus on what we were after. Honest and professional tradesman who delivers on time at very reasonable price. Rob was quick to turn around my request for installing carpet tiles for a learning centre. When the carpet tiles were not delivered by the carpet supplier on the agreed day, Rob offered the more expensive carpet tiles he had in his stock without charging the price difference.I will definitely use this company again for any carpeting or flooring needs. We decided to visit Cavendish deVere after searching for local flooring shops and reading online reviews. We were so impressed with the reviews we went along and found that they have a fantastic carpet wall display. It made it simple and easy to look at a variety of colours, fabrics, textures and most importantly compare prices. Rob was very easy to talk to and was able to give us genuine, honest advice. I am very impressed with Cavendish deVere who supplied and fitted underlay and carpets in my four bedrooms and landing. Rob gave me great advice and Hughie came to measure up. Paul the fitter was punctual, polite, tidy and did a great job with fitting the carpets. Paul was helpful in deciding some options over how the edge of the carpet should be finished over my open stairway and he was also happy to seam the joins instead of using metal trims.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the friendly, professional, prompt and efficient team at Cavendish Devere. (In fact I have already done so to a number of friends and neighbours in the West Norwood area. )

Rob in the showroom did all he could to help throughout the process and Hughie and his team of fitters filled me with confidence, happlily answered all of my questions, arrived bang on time and finished the job to a high standard. I love my new carpet.

An absolute friendly and reliable customer service. Cavedish team fitted a carpet in the lounge and conservatory. After around 8 month there was a slight problem with the flooring in the lounge. The carpet looks great! The two guys who fitted it were really nice, very polite. They were Kev, an older guy, and Luke, a young apprentice. They moved the furniture and cleaned up every speck of lint from the carpet, took away all rubbish.
