Such a fun way to improve your climbing! I absolutely love the sessions! Not only they make me want to go to a 7 am class on a Monday, they make me go to work with a big smile afterwards! Louis is like PETER PAN. He sprinkles magic dust (chalk) onto fairies without wings (novice climbers) and makes them fly! You should totally go to Neverland (Catalyst climbing) and discover never-ending possibilities!!

I started bouldering in late October and have taken several classes since the new year. Most of my lessons have been with Louis and I’ve had an amazing time learning new skills.
He’s really good at identifying exactly how far to push you, I’ve been able to performs exercises and challenges under his instruction that I didn’t think I could do. Truly remarkable!
The group lessons are great fun and if you’re lucky you’ll see Louis perform jaw dropping challenges!
I find myself inspired and always looking forward to the next session be it with Catalyst or just going for a climb in general.

Bought a groupon voucher for Catalyst Climbing for me and my girlfriend, and despite the date running out, Louis helpfully allowed us to book a date afterwards with a slot in the location closest to us.
On attendance, he enthusiastically showed us safety procedures and the basics of how to climb efficiently. We went from wall to the other, and he explained how each of them worked, and how best to climb them. We were always at ease, never felt pressure, and really had so much fun. Well recommended.
