After a horrendous experience last year with the previous owners cancelling on the day of my daughters party i have to say i am delighted wit the service and professionalism of the company now its under new management :-) Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and really understands how 2 make a party special � the guy and girl at the party were so pleasant and friendly � i have defo changed my opinion on this company and will be using them again. ....nice to have people working in this area who understand the importance of making sure a party is perfect....Thanks so much from me and Kaci xoxox More...

What a great party my little boy had today for his 5th birthday!!! Bouncy castle, giant slide, music with disco lights, space hoppers, candy floss and as for the face painter she was excellent, she had the patience of a saint and worked her way through a massive queue of kids! !! The party cones and sword balloons were amazing. Every child and parent left Oliver's birthday party today absolutely delighted. What more could this mummy and daddy ask for? Thanks Jennifer and your team.

Last month I wrote a terrible review when the previous owners of this company cancelled 2 hours before my 4 year old daughters birthday. A few weeks later the new owner sent me a message apologising for what happened(even though she didnt have to as it was the previous owners fault) She was very nice and offered my daughter a free party with all the works. As we had no need for a party we asked if my daughters wee cousin could use the offer as my daughter would be attending and it was no problem. The party was today and everything went brilliantly, service was top quality and the new owners are lovely. Cant thank Jennifer enough for her kind offer and hope people can ignore the previous owners and give the new owners a chance. Would definately use again and wish you every success in the future.
