Castle View landscapes

A terrible experience. They are a cowboy outfit. Charged well over the odds for work and wasn’t as described or agreed I asked for white grout and got a dark muddy colour. They said it would be creamy colour when dry but it dried to sludge and the tiles were over priced and too big for my garden. They wanted all payment up front and having given them £900, they then asked for extra for gravel. James had no money in his account so had to give them cash, another £100. He then tried to sell me some garden ornaments which he was getting from a friend. He wanted me to go and see them but I couldn’t go on Monday as was away. He became abusive when I said I couldn’t make it. He was getting a good price he said but could only get them on Monday as the friend was taking them from stock whilst his boss was away! I told him I didn’t want stolen goods and again he became abusive by text. I told him that I was not happy with the work and please not to contact me again. I ended up having to threaten police as he was harassing me. DO NOT EMPLOY THESE MEN!! More...

They responded quickly and were able to replace a storm damaged fence panel the next day. Arrived when they said they would, did the job quickly, tidied up and removed the old fencing.
