What do you love most about your job?
I love to see people discover and unleash their inner champion, enabling them to grow into a bigger version of themselves, play to their strengths and achieve sustainable quantum results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I spent 15 years in strategic HR roles within large Blue Chip companies. Much of that time was spent working with CEO's and directors, helping them to create & develop high performing teams and save millions to the bottom line.
I decided to start my own business so I could help more people, at a deeper, more meaningful level and on a global scale. Since I moved away from the corporate world in 2012, I have worked with hundreds of people based in over 26 countries around the world helping them to create a better business/career so they can enjoy a better life.

I am a highly experienced coach with a broad background of helping people increase their self worth, confidence and esteem. I have a range of modalities I use in my coaching, all proven to help people achieve the outcomes they are seeking.
As a full time coach for over 9 years, I take my professional and personal development seriously by attending training, supervisory reviews and having my own coach too. (Coaches also need coaches so they can be at their best!)
I only choose to work with clients who I am certain are a good fit and who I can, without a doubt, help to move forward and support in achieving the outcomes they are seeking to achieve. Your progress matters to me and your success is my success.
I am able to work with individuals and organisations in a variety of ways. I am an experienced Master coach, facilitator and processor with vast experience in unleashing the best in people. I work at a far deeper level than most coaches enabling a long lasting high level of self confidence and esteem, enabling measurable results to be achieved, often in a short space of time.
