I had a visit from ‘Mark’ this morning to clean my through lounge carpet . As I have 2 dogs a cat the house had a lovely animal smell , mixed with the lingering smell of a recent amount of dog sick that my Labrador had decided to leave on the carpet . TBH the carpet had not been cleaned since we had moved in two years ago and needed a good clean . Mark was very helpful and professional, giving me good advice about a settee that I also needed cleaned . The dirty water that actually showed how much dirt I had in the carpet was a real shock and I am happy to say the house smells fresh and clean again. Had a lovely guy called Simon Peters come and clean 2 of our bedroom carpets today. Well after fostering dogs, estate agents, viewers of our house and removal companies not to mention our daily wear and tear over the carpets the last year, I was convinced that our carpets would never look clean again. @Mark called today I had carpets cleaned in two rooms, Mark was very helpful and efficient also very caring Especially as my Husband has a disability and has to be hoisted around but Mark didn’t make us feel uncomfortable but worked around the equipment a and the Carers as if it was the norm. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from CarpetCare. I sent for a quote online , received a phone call within the hour . Due to a late minute cancellation they had availability 20 minutes later. Mark Allen was the technician who did the cleaning , nothing was too much trouble for him. Wow!! I had my carpets done last week, I was and still am, absolutely amazed at how fantastic the look. Mark done an outstanding job on an extremely tough area that I didn't think in a million years would come out. He took the time to explain what he doing and how to care for the carpet.
