Caroline Middleton

I met Caroline Middleton at Cirencester pool and then again at Chedworth roman trail race in 2014. I was struggling with a hamstring injury that had been a problem for a few years. I then starting seeing Caroline every week for treatment (massage, cupping, ultra sound, taping and various stretching techniques) and my injury has completely gone. I am fussy about who I see for massage and sports therapy; I have previously had help from UK athletics physiotherapists and massage therapists; all of which couldn’t help me with the hamstring issue I had; but Caroline's friendly and professional clinic has swept me off my feet! She has taken the time to get to know my body and my biomechanics in running and I have managed to build my mileage back up to 80 miles a week and get my confidence back to race at elite level again. Now when I get niggles I see her straight away and she finds the source of the problem and sorts it out for me and I am back running the same day. I highly recommend Caroline's clinic. The whole experience of going to be treated by Caroline is very appreciated. She is very friendly and has a good way of taking your mind of any 'discomfort' that may be caused as she applies her expertise to various strains and muscle tightness.

I have been seeing Caroline for over a year now, I ride horses and weight train therefore often have muscular issues, each time I have seen her she has fixed me after one or two session. Amazing, I would highly recommend her. More...
