We love Miss Laura's classes! Not only does she teach ballet and tap, she also teaches manners in a really fun way! Its lovely to see the shy kids build their confidence over the term and really come out of their shell.

Grace has been at Carnaby School of Dance since 2012, Miss Laura is a wonderful teacher who inspires her pupils to achieve the best of their ability, Grace loves her dancing and has developed so much over the years due to her attending such a great school.

Heidi loves coming to dancing, that much that she can't deal with the half term breaks away from Miss Laura. We couldn't recommend the classes enough, princess ballerina classes are the perfect atmosphere for the younger children, my daughter just turned 2 when she started and we wouldn't take her anywhere else.

My 4 yr old granddaughter has only been attending CAD for a few weeks but she absolutely adores it. She cannot wait to see Miss Laura and start dancing. She even does the register at home when playing at ballet class -
obviously she's Miss Laura...!!! ☺
I cannot recommend CAD enough for their professionalism in teaching not only dance but etiquette and manners. They give superior customer service (Miss Rachel) and just make the whole experience fun. xx More...

At the Carnaby Dance School little stars are indeed made - its nearly 6 years now since my daughter's first lesson & she absolutely loves it! Alannah loves her Saturday classes at Carnaby school of dance and can't wait to attend each week! She has attended for over two years and started just after her second birthday. Miss Laura is fantastic with the children, always very encouraging with their dance and teaching them the correct ways of ballet and tap and even reminds them of their manners. Neave has been going to princess ballerina classes for months now and she absolutely loves it. Miss laura not only teaches the kids ballet and tap but also manners and etiqutte. What a wonderful ballet and tap teacher Miss Laura is. She makes the whole class fun whilst teaching the children manners. They have all learnt to follow instruction at such a young age which is so important for the little dancers as they progress. I have recently started having lessons with Laura as an adult ballet student. I have a joint private lesson with a friend. We are both new to ballet but have a figure skating background. Having received negative responses from some other tutors as adult students, we were just about to give up when we came across Carnaby School of Dance. Laura is an inspiration - she is very enthusiastic and encouraging and is keen to work with adults, which is refreshing. The classes are very friendly and informal, which is a wonderful atmosphere in which to learn and progress. What has really surprised me is the amount of moves that are covered from the word go. I wasn't expecting to do that much as a beginner but am already starting to feel like a ballerina!. Laura is certainly keeping me on my toes. I cannot recommend highly enough. More...

My little girl has been attending the Princess Ballerina class at Carnaby School of Dance for nearly 6 months and she absolutely loves it! Miss Laura is wonderful at making the children feel at easy; the children just adore her. She really gets to know each one of the children and their personalities. Can not recommend this dance school enough, or Miss Laura. Such a fabulous teacher and positive environment for children to learn dance and grow as little people. My 2 year old daughter is in absolute awe of her dance teacher and learns a new skill both dance and socially every time she attends. I have a split private ballet lesson with a friend. We are both adults and found it difficult finding a ballet tutor, despite our background in figure skating. Just as we were about to give up, we came across Carnaby Dance School. Laura is an inspiration. Not only is she keen to work with adults, she is very supportive and encouraging. The lessons are very friendly and informal, and a perfect setting in which to learn and progress. What has really surprised me is how much goes into the lessons in terms of moves and routines - I never expected to cover so much as a beginner.
