What’s your signature dish?
Jerk chicken with rice and peas.
Seasoned with our own blends of herbs and spices, the chicken is cooked to perfection and topped with our own brand jerk sauce. Served with well seasoned fluffy rice and peas.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We work with our clients' budgets and themes. We have a wide selection of dishes that suits a vast variety of needs. All our options are flexible so they can be tailor made to every clients' desire.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing and hearing the enjoyment clients express from our food and the satisfaction of providing a great service, making our clients happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to carry lunch into work for myself and colleagues began asking me to provide lunch for them too because it tasted and smelled good. I started providing lunch for a few people, who then started to tell other colleagues and friends until I found myself in demand to provide a lunch service. In addition to that, my colleagues began asking me to cater for their parties and events as well.

We won't be beaten on taste and price. Our aim is provide a service to clients that would make them happy despite budgets, we take that into consideration and work with our clients. We pride ourselves on our customer care and take pride in the dishes we produce.
