I bought a car a few months ago, knowing that the previous owners had carried dogs in it. I believed that I would be able to get rid of the smell myself. I hoovered the inside, tried all kinds of air fresheners, febreze, everything I could think of, but nothing I did would get rid of the lingering dog odour. And it wasn't pleasant. Several trips to the local hand car wash did nothing for it either. Their methods fared no better. So I rang caress car valeting, explained the situation and was reassured that this smell wasn't a permanent problem, given the right treatment. All the options were detailed and I booked an appointment for a full valet. The only word I can use is 'Gobsmacked'.
