Amazing service. Saw them at a trade show and finally got around to placing an order. Gareth was really helpful in sorting out an order for slates which aren't yet on the website but I saw that the Photography Show 2019. 11 out of 10 for customer service. Yet to receive the products however I have no doubt providing they match the samples I saw that they are going to be superb quality at a brilliant price! More...

I have received my first order from Canvas Bay today and it's simply superb! Everything from the actual picture quality of the print down to the frame itself is most certainly First Class! 5 star + I couldn't ask for more. I have used other companies before but I was never really happy with the end result. Canvas Bay certainly stands out from the rest in every way. You have certainly exceeded my expectations and gone the extra mile. As a person who is very passionate about my photography work I always look for quality, service and price and you certainly offer the 3 in spades. I saw CanvasBay at the photography show and was very impressed with the price and quality so decided to put an order through. The item unfortunately came damaged although the quality of the image is fantastic. So I spoke to the office (Gareth) who sorted a replacement out immediately for next day delivery. UPDATE! Canvas Bay was very slow to respond. Maybe they are more laid back in the UK, I'm not really sure. They had some trouble printing my canvas print and never kept me updated on anything until I would email them over and over. My client was livid! Make sure you get clear ordering guidelines so you know what to expect with your timelines before you order. Again, I am in the US so I took a chance working with them by drop shipping to a client who was located in the UK. WHEN EVERYTHING WAS SAID AND DONE- MY CLIENT RECEIVED HER PRINT FROM CANVAS BAY BUT WAS SO IRRITATED WITH ME THAT SHE WOULD NO LONGER COMMUNICATE WHETHER OR NOT SHE WAS SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF PRINT.Old review-BEWARE-I am a US based artist who used this company to dropship a canvas print for a client in the UK. I placed my order on December 7th with clear communication via email with Canvas Bay and today is December 27th and I still do not have my product shipped to my client. They have not responded to my last two emails. The last communcation I had with them stated they "forgot" to print my canvas in time for Christmas delivery and now I still have nothing and I they have NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY!! More...
