What do you love most about your job?
Genuinely helping businesses get back to their passion. No small business owner wants to be working 60 hours weeks and then come home to payroll and accounts. The worlds not in the greatest state right now, it's very dog eat dog and we see a lot of "deals" out there offering no real value for money, so the other bonus about what I do is I can charge people a fair price for my work. For example, setting up with most pension providers costs nothing and takes no more than 10 minutes, so it's not something I'd ever want to charge you for.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had been working for a very large payroll and accounts software provider who had a lot of "support boundaries" meaning you couldn't complete the job to the best of your ability. This coupled with the fact the company and many others out there were charging an arm and a leg for simple tasks, led me to believe I could bring a little light back into this dark dark times.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm fast, effective and professional. Whilst I'm a very laid back character and very affordable, it's not like your buying a pair of trainers. I won't fall apart after a few weeks and leave you wishing you'd just bit the bullet and spent a few more £s to get a pair that lasted. I'm a person and I won't ever bury you in legislation, I talk in plain English and always have you in mind when coming up with solutions.
