Paul and Candu Performance have been an enormous help to me; enabling me to overcome two issues that were impacting my life in a negative way.
For two years before I worked with Paul, I suffered from terrible perfectionism and its very good partner procrastination.
I spent days, weeks sometimes trying to fight it with little or no success; this meant that my goals and timescales slipped considerably and projects remained uncompleted.
The strain on my finances, myself, and my family started to show.
I started to think that after 2 successful careers in the Maritime and Aviation industries that my choice to go it alone was a bad one, and life as an entrepreneur wasn't for me.
After meeting Paul a few times at local networking meetings was impressed by his enthusiastic and knowledgeable approach to procrastination and how it could be controlled.
At our initial consultation, Paul explained what I could expect over the coming months during our time together; the process sounded simple yet powerful. I decided to take the chance. As we worked through the modules, Paul took me through with his unique style of questions, exercises, motivation, and pressure to take action, making me see how I wasn't maximizing my talents and that my actions were actually making my perfectionism and procrastination worse.
After the first two sessions, armed with new insights and techniques, I started taking control over perfectionism and working towards my goals more proactively. There where were setbacks of course, but working with the tools I had been given, and Paul’s support, these setbacks eventually became wins.
I am now at the end of my year of coaching and have a positive, proactive approach in my life and business. Projects are being completed faster than before and income is growing, and my goals are now set and are now being achieved. Before we met Paul our business was ticking along at a steady pace but it was clear that we were not excelling and business was not growing as quickly as we wanted it to.

Although we were sure that things could be better we didn’t really know where to start.
