I've been making cakes since 1999. I make cakes for any occasion. Every cake is unique and extra special care is given to every last detail. I come very highly recommended throughout East Anglia.

Candii Clouds made my first cake for me 3 years ago. It was the most amazing cake I've ever received, and much to my little girls' disappointment, I wasn't able to cut it, and I still have it to look at. It was just too amazing to cut. I've since had loads more cakes from Minette, and will not go anywhere else for my cakes. My hubby 'forced' me to cut the others, and they tasted very very yummy.... More...
