Was quoted $3,000 for topsoil, grass seed, fertilizer, and lime to cover approximately 200 ft. x 60 ft. former natural space. What he delivered was 1 load of potato dirt and a bag of grass seed. After we should have been seeing some grass....we were not. Called him back and he sent a couple of workers over to spread some more seed. At no point did they fertilize or spread lime...or use the appropriate dirt for that matter. He would not return calls, nor did he ever make it right. Now I am left $3,000 in the hole, with a terrible looking yard. I have included some photos, one will show the way the grass should look...the others are what I paid $3,000 for.
