What’s your signature dish?
We don't have a signature dish as such. However, our flexible and diverse menu is high quality and usually home made. Gourmet burgers, Cumberland posh dogs and home made dishes are the norm. Home made burgers, cumberland posh dogs and vegan hot pot.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Basically we listen and make every effort to give you what you want rather than shoehorn the client into a fixed menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Very simple question to answer. We love working with clients on ever evolving projects. Its the organic nature of an event that present exciting challenges leading to innovative solutions that we love
What inspired you to start your own business?
Food and service have been a part of my world since 1978.
