How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Nutrition, along with exercise and a healthy lifestyle, is a major part of one's overall health. I always say that you cannot out-exercise a poor diet. Eating whole foods, as found in nature, along with proper supplementation, can lead to a significant improvement in your health.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My approach is to tailor a fitness program for each individual's needs and abilities. In our sessions, I help equip my clients with tools and knowledge to achieve their health and fitness goals. My input is based on 30 + years of study and experience in the health and fitness industry.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
As far as I know, there are no secrets to getting the body of your dreams. Proper eating, exercise, rest and a healthy lifestyle in general will give you the results you desire.
What do you love most about your job?
I most enjoy giving personal attention to my clients and then seeing them improve and consequently feel good about themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my early adult life, I coached a variety of sports teams and athletes. It soon became apparent to me that physical fitness was an essential component in the overall success of an athlete. As my perspective broadened, I realized that all people need a means to achieve their personal fitness goals.

In my 30 years of experience, I have learned to share my passion for health and fitness in ways that have been successful for people of all ages.
