No stars for Camcab. I booked a taxi for 22.30. I received an email confirming and detailing the pick up and drop off. At 22.
37 I received an email saying the taxi had been cancelled. I phoned and was told they didn't have the postcode for the pick up( the pick up was from small village) and therefore hadn't come. He claimed he had tried to ring me but I had no missed calls on my phone. We were stranded with not many options of how to get home. After ringing several firms we were able to get Panther taxis to come and collect us.
This has never happened to me before, and I was shocked that they cancelled the taxi after the time of pick up and had no concern as to welfare of their customers.

My flight to London was delayed for almost an hour. Never I thought that Sam, my driver, patiently waited, and gave a warm welcome. Thats not the reason of giving him a 5-star, it is because, he helped me sort out the Airbnb property that I should be staying at. Thats VALUE i get out of his service. Amazing level of service.I needed a taxi company that would provide child seats for an airport drop off and pick up. I was told by other companies that it is not a legal requirement for them to be used. . my children’s safety is more than a legal requirement to me. Cam cab were happy to provide seats at no extra cost and the drivers were very friendly, helpful and understanding when it came to picking us up...Keep up the good work More...

We arranged for a ride from Quy Mill Hotel near Newmarket and we were picked up on time by Muhammad Shahwani. Our destination was Heathrow, about two hours away in heavy traffic. I had just had surgery and Mr. Shahwani handled our luggage at the hotel and at the airport. He was a great driver, taking alternate roads to avoid traffic at 7:30 am, and got us to the airport early. He arranged for a trolley, got us within 100 feet of the Virgin Atlantic doors, and saw us on our way. He did a great job, made us very comfortable and and would recommend him at any time. More...

The gentleman answered the phone in a very polite manner, not personally knowing cambridge myself he was very helpful in assisting the location of the pick up and the drop off. I was paying by company card and even though its normally a machine in the cab that calculates the fair he gave me a great fixed price.
