I’ve tried every “diet” there is and then some. Callum has changed my life! The time and attention he gave coupled with his extensive knowledge and expertise enabled me to lose 2 stone in 12 weeks. When I first met Callum I asked him to help me with a complete overhaul of my eating habits and daily food intake, I wanted to lose weight and get fitter. Callum explained in great detail how we fuel our bodies and why my previous diets have only ever been short term fixes. Callum has been an unbelievable find for me. I cant complain about my life up to last September but overeating and drinking too much had caught up to me and I really needed to lose weight. In Callum I have a fabulous mentor, a compassionate and understanding coach and most of all a friend who really cares about seeing me achieve the result I set out to achieve. Callum is highly qualified and really is an expert. He has shown me how to sustain a healthy, varied and tasty diet which has resulted in weight lost, less bloating and increased energy. Callum took the time to analyse my eating habits when we started, I had to listen to a few home truths,and face things I didn't want to.
He devised a plan for my age,weight , height and the current level of activity and we both agreed I needed to up my game and change the way I thought about food and exercise.

I had reached the time in my life where i needed to start being careful of what I ate and watch my weight, I had started exercising and all I had done was put weight on!

Following attending a talk Callum held I hired him for a 6 week intensive course where he taught me what foods to eat, what to avoid, gave me recipes which were tailored to my strange tastes and dietary restrictions and helped me to entwine this change into my everyday life! He was extremely helpful and supportive and always there to answer my questions, with his help and my stubborn determination I managed to lose 11lb in 2 weeks! This was astounding and showed me exactly what could be achieved if the right diet and controls are in place...

I highly recommend Callum should you want to lose a few pounds, lose a lot over a period of time or just gain knowledge and control over your diet. My life has changed for the better since hiring Callum, I can still have my moments and indulge but I always have the main basic principles in my everyday foods and I always know I can go back to the instruction and menus he has provided should I need to lose a few pounds again! Callum instantly knew where I was going wrong with my eating habits. I wasn't fuelling my body correctly. With the knowledge of what I should be eating and the lifestyle changes I needed to make the weight came off. It's not easy but once the scales altered in the right direction that was all the motivation I needed, plus knowing Callum was coming to my house each week. What can I say, after seven years of weight gain after having my two children and trying every diet class going, I was introduced to Callum. He explains everything so well, is truly motivating and the weight keeps dropping off. Forget the excuses, I read once that you are fat because of what 'YOU' put in your mouth, so take control of your body and fuel it effectively, it's easier than you may think.

I love food. I mean, I REALLY love food. So the idea of going on a diet and making myself miserable was incomprehensible to me. I would sooner spend every waking moment (when I wasn’t eating) in the gym than deprive myself of the pleasure of eating.
However, following surgery (non-food related) I was struggling to eat. It seemed that pretty much everything made me bloat and caused abdominal pain. Worse still, I was gaining weight from eating less, and the discomfort was causing me pain when I tried to exercise.
I had heard positive reviews about Callum and so decided to meet with him and take his advice. He did not put me on a ‘diet’ but instead educated me about how the body digests and processes foods and suggested a meal plan for me. One week into the plan and the bloating and abdominal pain had completely gone! In addition to this, I find the meal plan really easy to stick and the meals are so delicious that I do not feel that I am missing out on anything. Better still, I am now able to exercise pain free!

I am so thankful for meeting Callum. He really has helped me. Probably more than he will ever know. His meal plan has left me energised and feeling healthier than I have in a long time.

Both Penny and I were looking to be more proactive with managing our health and diet and so we asked you to come to our aid. We have been thrilled with the results since we started on the program you devised for us. Both of us having lost 5.5% of our body weight in just three weeks!

We have noticed other real benefits - exercising is easier, tummy troubles are more or less gone and we have greatly increased energy.

Enter Callum and his amazing personalised diet and meal plans
An expert cook I have a folder of recipes designed to my food preferences. If I am eating out I can text Callum with the restaurant name and I get a text back saying what I should choose!

Result? One and a half stone lighter, increased energy, mo more IBS or bloating

Callum is a very knowledgeable, intelligent and personable nutritionist. He has a great outlook on how to make eating healthy still fun and very effective!

I didn't need to lose much/any weight when I did his course with my girlfriend Emma, but I wasn't eating well and had lost a lot of energy and felt very lethargic all day, every day.

Since going on Callum's course and understanding how my body reacts to certain food types, it made so much more sense to me and I knew what I needed to do. Within a matter of days I'd got my "mojo" and energy back. It also really helped with my tummy troubles that are now almost non-existent.

Callum analysed my current diet and showed me exactly where I have been going wrong all these years. What I thought was a healthy diet was actually making things harder for me.

He put together a plan that was tailored to exactly what my body needed and I am still finding it so easy to follow and I’m still eating all of the foods that I love and making time for the little treats I like to nibble on in the afternoon.

His recipes are so easy to put together and take no time whatsoever! I can’t thank him enough for the constant time and effort that he has put in for me.

It has now been five weeks since I first started working with Callum and in that short space of time I've managed to get to the leanest I have been for over ten years despite years and years of trying different fad diets and calorie restriction. Five weeks of following the plan have now led to not only weight loss but also more hunger control (never am I always ravenous for food anymore), much deeper sleep and a constant high energy throughout the day (no crashes)

Callum has laid out a nutrition plan which is easy to follow and doesn't feel like a diet. Typically I'd always be looking for a "cheat meal" at every opportunity but the food options and recipes he has provided have given variety that replaces the constant urge to "cheat".

Callum explains the science really well to the point that you understand the implications of what you eat and how your body reacts. This is very helpful when you think of reaching for a handful of Haribo!

Definitely recommend Callum to anybody looking to reset their nutrition and gain from all the benefits this brings.

A healthy diet isn't just about managing your weight. The way that I look at a healthy way of eating is that, when done correctly, fueling your body with what it needs benefits your cognitive performance, exercise performance, overall feeling of health and well-being with weight loss being an additional bonus, if this is your goal.

I am a strong believer that eating well shouldn't be difficult, and shouldn't consist of eating foods that taste like cardboard. A healthy diet should be centred around the foods that you love and you should be able to enjoy the "naughty" treats that you like without feeling guilty about it.

The best part of my job is the people. I have met some amazing people throughout my business journey and being able to have an impact on their life is what satisfies me the most.

I have always wanted to do something where I can help people. Upon completion of my master's degree, I saw an opportunity where I could combine the academic knowledge that I had gained at university with my passion for social interaction and helping others. I am also extremely passionate about how simply changing the kinds of food that we put in our body can have a huge impact on the way that the body functions and performs.

I have worked with a range of clientele from international elite athletes, to corporate award-winning companies. I am currently the academy nutritionist at Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

I also have the qualifications to back up my scientific approach. At university, I graduated with a first class Master's Degree in Performance Nutrition, along with a degree in Sports Science.

I provide an approach that is based solely on scientific evidence. Especially when it comes to weight loss, I combine the scientific approach to fat loss that I use with my elite athletes with the general population. However, I am also a big believer that eating well shouldn't come at the expense of a social life. So the strategies that I employ with my clients ensures that the client can still achieve their goals and get results while enjoying the foods that they love and not feeling restricted on a diet.
