Absolutely shocking service from Stephen Ward. I needed a business to file my tax returns as I didn’t have the time to do them myself as the business grew.
Months have passed now and money taken on a monthly basis but zero work had been completed and trying to get a response from anyone took weeks/ months… Out of sight, out of mind.
After finally getting a response via email and a full refund offered, I’ve still not received my money back. Stay well away from this company. You have been warned.

Been working with Stephen and the team now for a while and cannot recommend the service enough. They go above and beyond to help you. This was my first end of year with them and has gone as smooth as it could go Im very happy and have peace of mind for once in 3 years considering my last “accountants” made an absolute mess of my books for 2 years prior. Going for loans, overdrafts ect with books that make no sense is a nightmare. I've used Callan for over 10 years and have nothing but good to say about the service I receive from them. When I read the other review on here I contacted them as I got a bit of a fright but it was more of a company restructuring thing. I've certainly not noticed any difference in the qality of service, If anything it's improved. They've shown me how to use quickbooks and it works great.Honestly the guys there are great.
