I am someone who was born with a love and passion for baking from a very young age. Baking, together with art & crafts, I excelled in at school.... and then I was introduced to cake decorating after a neighbour saw my love of baking and asked me to join a cake decorating class course with her.

Chris has made the wedding cakes for both my two daughters and my son, and I can honestly say they were the most amazing cakes imaginable! The wedding guests couldn't believe the flowers were sugar and not real! She has also made their 21st birthday cakes and birthday cakes for my grandchildren, all incredible. What do you love most about your job?
My love is split several fold in that I absolutely love cooking and baking. Baking took me to enter into the Great British Bake Off, and I travelled to London a second year at the invite of Love Productions and got down to the last 80 out of over 13,000 that year. I have been a cake decorator for over 30yrs, and there is never a moment that I do not love my work, which then extends to my clients, and when I see their face, hear their comments ... it is so satisfying... I just love it...
What inspired you to start your own business?
Because I have worked for years and years building up my knowledge, and spending on all the modern equipment, and learning all the up to the minute techniques to bring to you the up to the minute designs in cake decorating.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because despite the fact I have over 30 yrs experience, I am similar to a Mary Berry of the world who just loves baking and creating....I follow all the modern techniques and have a room full of up-to-the-minute equipment.
I have taken numerous classes and have had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of students, many of whom have their own websites and cake businesses.
My cakes are not only my passion but are part of my life.
