I worked with Catherine last year, I started my journey end of September 2019. I approached her after a long search online.
Her knowledge and biography gave me a very good feeling and I sent her an email explaining her what I was going through and I wanted to achieve .
We met for the first time beginning of October 2019 and that day my life changed for good . She taught me how important a balanced nutrition was for my body and also not to restrict any food, since the most important thing is the portion we eat.
I started with small changes and I took all her advice on board and today I can say that I’m a new person . I have a very healthy lifestyle, from food to exercise and I feel great.
