visited C2 after a friend recommended I take my son to a chiropractor. She regularly visited one herself as a hairdresser who puts strain on her back standing so often for long periods of time and took her baby to see her chiropractor from about 5 weeks old to ensure he didn’t have any bone, muscle or joint issues undetected by the early care he received at hospital and since routinely by their GP. My son’s birth was relatively traumatic as he was delivered with forceps. So like my friend, I wanted some reassurance that my baby was not uncomfortable or suffering with pain that I was unaware of. During the initial consultation by Andrew at C2 (Bromley branch) he asked a lot of questions about my son’s delivery, his eating & sleeping patterns and general well-being. At this point my son was 8 weeks old. Andrew found that he had some tension and discomfort in his neck and jaw (which he thought was very likely to be linked to his birth) but advised that as babies are so malleable it could be resolved relatively quickly using gentle massage-like technique which was demonstrated on me; so I felt reassured that it would not cause my son any pain. I had a further four sessions approx one week apart and will now go back in 3 months time.Personally I’m very happy that I chose to see a chiropractor and found Andrew to be very friendly, helpful and an expert in his field. He was very comfortable working with my small baby being a father himself and in turn my son was comfortable during the appointments. Finally, I think that some people may be put off seeing a chiropractor as it’s not a mandatory health service requirement for babies and therefore is not free. However despite being on a significantly reduced income as most families are during maternity leave I found this to be money well spent. More...

The most incredibly effective chiropractic treatment I have ever received. First saw Andrew several years ago before he had his own clinic and he sorted my initial problems very quickly then proceeded to start a plan to fix all the other underlying issues! Unfortunately he moved and I passed through several different practitioners who never really got me past the relief stage to the restorative stage. Luckily I eventually tracked him down to his own clinic and haven't looked back. As a musician my body is under constant stress, from lugging heavy instruments to sitting for long periods in awkward positions and simply working when tired. He has kept me working and surprised me with how much pain I was used to just living with. I see him pretty much for maintenance purposes for the last few years. I trust him completely to check over my young child, who sees him yearly. Everyone opportunity I recommend him to people and the feedback is always excellent. I started to see Andrew in Feb ‘19. After a couple of car accidents and a manual job. I found my back had literally given up on me at 38! I had given myself frostbite on my lower back because I was in so much pain. I couldn’t lay on the sofa and to get out of bed would reduce me to tears. £400 later with an osteopath and no better I gave in and took the doctors advise and I was given Tramadol, codeine and Valium by my GP and was booked in for spinal injections. My MRI scan concluded I had a slipped disk, some degenerated disks and a trapped nerve. I found out I was pregnant at the hospital before my spinal injections I thought how would I cope with pregnancy. My GP advised I stop taking all my medication but gave me no alternative and when I suggested a chiropractor told me it wasn’t recommended. After reading Andrew’s reviews I thought it would be worth the risk rather than a pregnancy in agony. So here we are Aug ‘19 heavily pregnant with TWINS!!!! Weighing in just over 17 stone (7 stone increase) and I can honestly say Andrew has made my pregnancy a joy. I followed his advice and have seen him 10 times and I can’t recommend him enough. Aboslutely brilliant, my first experience of seeing a chiropractor after approx. 6 years of worsening groin, back and hip pain. Within my first (reasonably priced assessment) I left with a clear reason for my pain and a plan of care, just a few months later I am now off all my strong regular pain killers and much happier! I was lucky enough to stumble upon this clinic when i was suffering with neck and back pain that kept me up all night. The relief was almost instant. Andrew is very friendly and approachable, making the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable. He is tremendously knowledgeable and patient with any unfamiliarities you might come across during treatment and helps you understand what it is that he is doing which is immensely reassuring. Today was my first visit at Bromley Practice and I didn't know what to expect lol as never seen a Chiropraticner before. He was very welcoming and put me at ease and was very thorough and went through all family history etc. After 6 months of lower lumber back pain my gp couldn't help me with he was able to tell me what was happening. Have seen Kerrie now for 3 sessions, today will be my 4th. Been suffering with back, knee and butt pain for years, and although I’m pain free at the moment the sessions have helped with my clicking and clunking body. My joints/bones are definitely freeing up and I feel genuinely better after my sessions. I cannot recommend C2 highly enough. After experiencing lower back pain, which slowly progressed into Sciatica, resulting in a great amount of discomfort in my right leg, it was suggested by a friend that I pay C2 a visit. At my first consultation, it was clear that Andrew knew his field very well and I was reassured that I had come to the right place.
