About

I am Liam Tye the founder and creator of C.I.B Body Transformations which is the only programme of its kind in the area that provides a total solution to weight loss and not just the numbers on the scales.

I work with women who have struggled with their weight since having children, are overwhelmed with information about exercise and nutrition (but don’t know what advice to follow) and who would like to drop a dress size, improve confidence and fall back in love with the person they see in the mirror.

I lost a stone and a half,inches and inhibitions. I gained confidence in myself I never had,worked out like I hadn't done for years and went from a size 20/22 to a size16! !! After 12 weeks I feel so much better about me. I am not that person hiding behind baggy clothes, I am Lyn,I am proud to be me. ‘I really enjoyed my session with Liam – he’s calm, collected and listens to what you want out of a personal training experience (Squats). He’s also really encouraging and doesn’t make you feel crap like a lot of personal trainers – telling me to focus on toning my arms and improving posture for my wedding day rather than just focusing on squats. But the thing I enjoyed the most was the actual workouts – we had enough rest in between squats that I felt strong and enjoyed my session rather than collapsing in a sweaty heap – but boy, did I feel it the next day!’ More...

Training with Liam has literally changed my life. When I came to Liam I was skinny and soft, but now I have a muscular physique and feel quite comfortable in my weekend job working as a lap dancer. Liam knows his stuff, and the incidental advice he gave me on diet and lifestyle psychology has again changed my life. I worked with CIB for a 12 week body transformation. The results were fantastic and the level of support I received from Liam was brilliant. It's well worth the money and I really enjoyed seeing the results and I dropped a dress size. I have also attended some of the circuits. My 12 week transformation was one of the best things I ever did. Chantelle prepared me a personal diet sheet to suit my vegan diet and I was never left hungry - felt like I was eating more than I ate before! I received weekly coaching calls and motivating information. Liam gave me a number of different exercises I could do at home and advice on where to buy the equipment. I have tried a number of times to loose weight but always gave up before. This was different because Liam tapped into my reason for wanting to change shape and educated, motivated and encouraged me continually. I am currently 6 weeks in to my programme and actually enjoying putting in the hard work! Before I started I hadn't set foot in a gym in a few years, had been sat on my backside just working and eating take away 5-6 times a week. I had the idea that I wanted to either join a gym or start playing football again for a while but I just didn't have it in me to get started. Going on the internet for training plans always come up with foods that I didn't like and routines that didn't interest me but when I contacted CIB they tailored my plan around me, my likes and dislikes, my aims, how I wanted to train and my end goals. The first 5 weeks was basic movements to get my body used to it, incorporating as many muscles in one movement to get the best results then I spoke to Liam that I wanted to switch it up a gear so he went away and made me a new plan. As previously stated I'm only half way through but I'm noticing such a difference in myself already. Now I'm eating fresh, good foods I have so much more energy, I feel better about myself and I'm keeping myself disciplined which is a great feeling, knowing I don't have to give in when the kebab is calling! When your in the gym its easy to give up on yourself, thinking 'I'll push myself harder next time' but when your under the bar and Liam is telling you your still pushing strong and to work through the burn, your muscles haven't given up yet it's just your brain telling you to go sit down and check Facebook because it's the easiest thing to do! It really does get you going, such a psychological boost when your out of the gym and you realise how hard you pushed yourself, even when you wake up from a rubbish nights sleep and go in the gym straight away to get it done. Anybody considering joining CIB I would strongly recommend you to. Facebook page full of motivation, food ideas, workouts to keep things fresh. We also offer outdoor boot camps for parents looking to lose weight, tone up and get fit while the children are at school without having to go to the gym. You will be surrounded by people on the same journey as your own and build a supportive environment for you.
