Describe your creative process.
In our office we get together with the design team, we brainstorm and come up with several ideas that later will be converted in proposals for our client (according to the specific communication piece).
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
FOR AN ANIMATED PROJECT:
1. We send a pre-production questionnaire to our customer in order to fully understand the requirement and to know what are the client's preferences in terms of style, colors, references, etc.
2. Customer answers the questionnaire and we have a quick (phone / skype / facetime) meeting to make sure we're on the same page.
3. We make a script proposal subject to customer approval.
4. Customer makes observations, comments until he feels the script communicates exactly what the customer / brand / product requires.
5. We create the storyboard and submit it to the client for approval.
6. Once approved we start the illustration and animation processes.
7. We send a working copy of the finished animated video for approval.
8. In case there's any adjustments we do them.
9. We deliver final files in 4K and FullHD and customer is very happy with the final result!!
FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN PIECE:
1. We send a pre-production questionnaire to understand the requirement and customer expectations in terms of style, colors, any references, etc.
2. We create the design proposal based on customer requirements
3. Client reviews the piece and makes observations, comments.
4. We make the required changes.
5. We deliver final files on the formats required by customer who, by the way, is so happy with the final result!

Having the opportunity to work for many different companies from diverse industries. You get to learn A LOT in every project.
