But the Books

Before I came across Zoe, I was struggling horribly with having my accounts in any kind of order. I am not particularly technologically inclined, so was a bit flummoxed by all the various systems available for keeping track of things. Also, I have never liked numbers, and neither am I a particularly organised person, on top of which I have been super busy recently, so even though really the structure of my incomings and outgoings is fairly simple, I was having trouble understanding what was necessary and keeping everything straight. Zoe took the time to meet with me personally, which I really appreciated, and very calmly and clearly went through with me the program we would be using and also all the other things I would need to do in future. She was absolutely determined that I would understand everything, and as a result, I did! I now feel a great deal more on top of things – we got all of my accounts ready well before the due date, which felt extremely calming and reassuring, and I feel that I now have the knowledge, the information, and the effective structure in place so that this won’t be at all such a challenging task this coming year! Working with Zoe meant not having to spend ages figuring everything out for myself, saving me a huge amount of time. And the session I had with her also set me up in a much more positive frame of mind as regards dealing with the accounting side of things. More...
