***WARNING!!!! WE ARE SUING THEM FOR BREECH OF CONTRACT DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! RUN!!! ***** If I could leave 0 stars I would. We have been afraid to leave negative feedback for a long time, because they charge $2000. 00 per negative comment (as per their fee disclosure),they also have been removing our negative feedback from sites we leave it on! They have harassed us so badly that we had to hire an attorney to sue them for breech of contract so it is time to speak up! We were so excited to hire them, and went in very optimistically. We were supposed to be on the 10 day "Fast Track Program" where everything would be done in 10 days and they did not even have our first ad running until a month later. They made many promises that they would not deliver on! There are a lot of issues... My rep was on a zoom with me and we lost connection mid-sentence and she never re-connected to the zoom! The next week she was a no show for the weekly zoom meeting! Who does that? They used ads that I had previously made, because they lacked creativity. They also posted ads for us with the wrong coupon codes, so customers were getting mad at us because the coupon codes did not work! They failed to do a large portion of the items in the contract! They call their contract a "Proposal" so you don't even realize that you are signing a contract when you sign it, they never go over the terms with you, and they are hidden in a little link you have to click separately. When I did, my computer told me it was not a secured website, so I backed out! READ THE DISCLOSURE! When we cancelled their service they hacked into our Facebook account (the password had been changed) and they deleted all of the ads we had paid for. We were with them for 3 months and they we paid on time every single time with automatic payment from our bank account. All of a sudden we started getting late bills and fees sent to our email daily. They said they were mistakes, but kept sending them. They tack so many fees on, that this "mistake" that they could not fix was so stressful that it was just too many mistakes. We cancelled them and they charged us over $23,000.00 and won't stop harassing us. They have bill collectors harass us, and we never owed them a dime! I’m fast, they owed US money, because we had a $700.00 credit with them that they never honored for us! We are suing them for breech of contract, fraud and other issues. This company is HORRIBLE! We have talked to other former clients who have expressed the same dissatisfaction, one posted comments on their Facebook account, along with us, but they keep removing those posts and reviews! I hired one of the “best”social media /website companies the industry…. They brought me zero results. I then hired another “big name”, again the same story. They both gave me zero attention or work with lots of money spent.I was almost ready to thrown in the towel and decided to give it one last shot, maybe do it on my own, the way I believed it should be done or hire one last company. I researched several social media marketing companies prior to signing with Busy Seed. They answered every question I had promptly. The presentation and how they would work with our company was awesome and easy to understand. There team works together to continually track and come up with an overall strategy to market our company. You are also assigned an account manager who is in constant communication with you, Weekly and monthly detail reports are detailed and informational. They are on top of it!
