I genuinely could not recommend Daniel and his team at Bury Dental Centre any more. They have been so helpful from start to finish. I have recently had whitening and composite bonding and the whole process has been incredible. From responding to messages quickly, to fitting me in for treatment the next day (Daniel worked through his lunch break,) to making the appointment easy and comfortable, and to giving me the smile I’ve always wanted. Customer service excellence Is how I would describe the Bury dental team and would recommend them to everyone who asks. When you make the first step into the practice reception you are greeted in such a positive and polite way making you feel comfortable from the outset. Daniel is great guy his positive, polite attitude and his consideration towards what's best for you is just what you need when embarking on this journey to have a better smile. I've had bad experience in the past with dentists and because of this I was so scared of going to see a dentist and my teeth were a mess it has took me along time to pick up a phone and ring I was so nervous and panicking the dental staff were fabulous and very helpful and Daniel was so kind helpful he made me feel relaxed even thou I was nervous . I had to go back and have some teeth out I was dreading this once again Daniel was great spoke to me all the way made me feel calm didn't even feel anything that he did so good with the needle for numbing felt nothing. I have seen Daniel now for over 18 months at the facial aesthetics clinic and every time the experience is excellent. He is very friendly and professional and knows how to answer every question or concern. The procedure itself is always done with minimal discomfort and ease, initially I was nervous about having treatment but Daniel put me at ease throughout, the results were also very successful. Highly recommend Bury Dental Centre.My usual dentist had retired therefore I was in search for a new dental practice. I was recommended by friends to switch to Bury Dental Centre so I booked an appointment asap as I realised I will be needing two fillings. The staff at the Bury Dental Centre were very welcoming and friendly. The dental practitioner Daniel was very experienced and thorough in my check up. He acted very professionally yet I felt at ease.Unlike previous check ups I had at my old dental practice, Daniel had carried out extra checks where he looked for any muscle or joint issues I may have. He mentioned that if there was an issue, it could affect how I bite and how well harmonised my mouth was. I attended bury dental centre as i was in severe pain from one of my lower back teeth. I had been in pain for a week or so and i was not able to be seen by anyone but as soon as i contacted Daniel at BDC i was seen on the next day. I was anxious about going to the dentist but Daniel made me feel comfortable from the off. Even the injection part he made it a lot more comfortable compared to previous experiences and he always stopped to make sure i was okay. I avoided the dentist ever since my mum stopped taking me after school. Once into my adult life I avoided the dentist for close to ten years. Always had people telling me 'dentists just want to make money out of you' which for a long time I thought was true after my mum telling me the horror stories about her dentist. When my wisdom teeth were killing me one day I said enough is enough and made a call to Bury Dental Centre. I must have called after closing so messaged on Instagram and I got a call on my mobile the next day. I booked an appointment with Daniel and I can't lie, I was terrified. I suffer with anxiety really bad and I was also scared of the telling off I was going to get for not seeing a dentist for 10 years. I was also a little embarrassed about the staining on my teeth and was wondering what Daniel was going to say. When I arrived Daniel didn't just sit me in the chair and say open wide! He sat me down, asked why I was there and what I wanted to get out of my trip to the dentist. We talked for 20 minutes and I calmed right down! He walked me through everything, what tool he was using, told me he can stop at anytime, just let him know. I was blown away. To come out of the dentist and not smile with my hand over my mouth was incredible. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Professional, friendly, caring and personal. It's not a conveyor belt, Daniel takes time, treats you like a human being and there's no passing of judgement, it's a service that is incaparible to anything else I've ever experienced. And, might I add, affordable. You can pay as you go or you can get a payment plan which suits you. There's leaflets to take and you can ask anyone a question as everyone I approachable. Best Dentist I've ever had, my last dentist wanted to remove 11 teeth, I left that Dentist and joined Daniel's highly qualified and caring team and five years later those 11 teeth are still with me and I never have any problems anymore. Amazing. 1 consultation and first appointment today. Very nervous. Jane was fantastic as Daniels right hand woman and made me feel comfortable from the start. Absolutely brilliant. I honestly can't say rave enough about mine and my mum's entire experience! I treated my mum to botox for her birthday, we were booked in on one of the botox training days, Daniel and 2 trained dentists first examined my mum's face and went through all the facial muscles, explaining where they would and wouldn't inject and why. My mum was really nervous before we got there but after speaking with Daniel and the other lovely staff her nerves changed to excitement, she loved the whole experience, we will both be returning for more procedures! Absolutely the best!! I have to say Daniel and the team at Bury Dental Centre are fabulous and I really do recommend these guys to anyone who is nervous or afraid of visiting the dentist. I used to avoid going to the dentist only going if I really had to due to previous experiences, anyway after a bout of toothache I finally decided I had to go and chose BDC. I have to say it turns out this was one of the best decisions I have made in quite some time!I attended for a checkup and Daniel was fantastic, he explained everything clearly taking time to ensure I was ok using techniques to relax me and the rest of the of the team were also so friendly and kind. It turned out I didn't need to have any procedures I just had sensitive teeth which was a relief. Daniel advised me how to address this and I can honestly say the whole experience was fantastic compared to any previous dentists I have visited. As I didn't need to pay for what I thought was a filling I decided to go for the tooth whitening and am so very pleased I did, my teeth are now looking great and I have now signed up for the dental plan which is great value for money.At my recent visit for a check up I mentioned that my compacted wisdom teeth were troubling me. After a chat we decided to have them extracted I honestly think I would have left them had I been at any other dentist. I can't thank Daniel and Tahera enough they have been fantastic, the procedure was absolutely fine and I am now free of the constant irritation they were causing me. I came to bury dental centre as a nervous patient and as soon as I walked in I felt calm and relaxed as I was greeted by the amazing team and bury dental, I had a consultation with Daniel and he formulated a treatment plan for me that consisted of Boutique whitening and composite bonding, I followed my treatment plan and started my whitening and within 2 weeks my teeth were so white I was amazed my the change it automatically gave me a confidence boost! I went back to bury dental for a review and then again for my composite bonding appointment which was to fill in small gaps in my front 4 teeth and the results from that were brilliant it has been life changing for me and I have had so many compliments on my smile both in person and on pictures! ‘I have always hated the dentist’ UNTIL NOW!!
I have had the most positive experience of my life in the last 12 months!
All of my nervousness and fears were dispelled within 1 hour of visiting these guys .
Daniel is not only an incredibly gifted Dentist but even more importantly an incredibly nice and gentle man! His team reflect his ethos superbly, Shannon, Kendra & Jayne are an absolute joy and make the the whole experience a positive one!
Like many I have been poorly educated over the years about the care of my teeth and I have paid the price, so 12 months ago I turned up with ‘a gob full of ugly teeth,’ today I can’t smile enough!!
And I can’t thank the guys enough for helping to improve the quality of my life and confidence massively!

I had to go to bury dental today due to severe pain in my front teeth i called yesterday after i went to the emergency dentist who wanted to take my front tooth out and leave me with no tooth i said no obviously regardless of the pain but i did have 2 back teeth out. .i called bury dental and explained my situation the made me an appointment for today i met with daniel and he was amazing he was very understanding he numbed my mouth and hes supported my loose tooth to another tooth until he can remove my loose teeth and put in a partial dentures. He talked me through everything he was doing checking i was ok all the time made me feel at ease and relaxed and not once did i feel pain during the treatment including the injections he was amazing i cannot thank him enough and all the staff are lovely and friendly so i just want to say a massive thank you to you all for making my visit relaxing and taking care of me i would definitely recommend bury dental to everyone i know x More...
