Services

Burgess Utilities are a local Manchester business. With years of experience the plumbing business also offer a wide range of multi trade maintenance and planned work to our clients. They include private customers, letting agents, landlords and a host of national building contractors.
Burgess Utilities cover all areas of the domestic repair and maintenance work. We pride ourselves for having a right first time approach with a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

As leading drainage experts, the Burgess Utilities team works throughout the North West for some of the country’s largest housebuilders and commercial developers. Our team of professionals works on everything from building waste water pump stations to drainage surveys, jetting and repairs.
We also work regularly with domestic clients assisting with CCTV drainage surveys; homebuyer surveys; excavation and repairs; laying of new drains and sewers; water supply pipe investigation; and renewals and repairs.

Our leak detection specialists undertake a survey to establish if there is a leak on your water network and, in most cases, can locate leaks without the need to dig up the ground using electronic equipment which can detect the sound of water escaping from a pipe. A leaking water pipe can have a big impact on your water bill, depending on how severe the leak is it can cost you thousands of pounds a year in water which is being wasted away.
